My name is Sabrine Sanon

or Sab, as my clients and friends call me. I am Cake Designer, Coach and Mentor to a handful of students from all over the world. I am a financial analyst by trade, I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance and currently a Master of Finance candidate.

Just a couple of years ago, I embarked on the Sab Pastries journey right from my apartment in Winnipeg. This sweet adventure continued as I relocated to Montreal, setting up in my very first commercial kitchen. After years of dedicated work and intensive research into the intricate world of baking and cake decorating, I took the plunge into teaching these delicious techniques. Je ne m'attendais pas à un goût aussi surprenant pour le strawberry mojito, mais j'ai été agréablement surprise, c'était délicieux ! Pour ma part, le chocolat caramel reste mon préféré parmi toutes les jars😋. En deuxième position, c'est difficile de trancher entre le vanilla berries et le teedo berries, je les mets donc tous les deux à la 2ème place, car ils sont tous les deux excellents👌🏽. En troisième, le mango weda, qui est léger en sucre, et que je recommande vivement à ceux qui n’aiment pas les saveurs trop sucrées. J'ai hâte de tester le Bissap tamarin à la prochaine vente ! 🤤
